Mô Tả Công Việc: full time temporary with one year contract

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Gather, validate, and document business requirements within functions, reporting and/or decision support requirements. Communicate and coordinate the translation requirements into technical solutions with IT resources

Backup for outsourcing engineers, Support end-user training through preparation and delivery of training course and materials. Support IT testing activities, facilitation of User Acceptance Testing, and communicate status of deliverables

Implement Nike Global Initiatives (Applications) that support business strategies in VN

Communicate system changes to the business. Work with remote groups: IT vendors, other Nike facilities, other Nike departments, factory IT. Consults on issue resolution, triage, and troubleshooting. Analyze and document business processes

Monitoring international/local circuits, cisco network devices, Windows servers…as a Network Administration

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in IT

Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience

Good knowledge of network/server/PC/Leased line/VPN

Ability to develop in-house application is a plus

Having good communication skills in English

excellent interpersonal and communication skills
