Position: Engineer for IT Specialist

Work at: HCM-Dist.1

Key job responsibilities:

Infrastructure Assurance ( Network,Server,PBX & Security )

Must have experience to design and develop Network/Tel Communication

Administrate the whole Samsung Vietnam( 1 HeadOffice + 4 Branches) LAN/WAN network operation,telecom

Perform operation activities & maintenance of Server Room and Contact Center system : Router, Switch, Server, PBX, UPS …

Follow & responsibilities RHQ’s Security guideline

Window desktop & End-user environment support

Coordinate and provide desktop support up to 300 user including hardware, software  application, telephone, conference ,security issue

Provide end-user good services and training about IT skill and knowledges

Job qualifications

University qualified  and Microsoft/Cisco Certificate is preferrable

Good English verbal and written

Must have at least 2 years experience working at IT fields related

Must posses a can do attitude,  will do actions and work well under pressure
