- Managing and enforcing policies, procedures & processes of technology and security functions
- Managing the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems such as: LAN, WAN, VPN Internet Service…

* Minimum Job Relevant Experience:

- Bachelors' degree in computer science or information systems

- 02 years of IT networking experience

• MUST:

- Capacity of managing system server, networking service

- Capacity of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Voice and video over IP.

- Capacity of troubleshooting and resolve issues in client (windows 7, Ubuntu)

- Having knowledge of Database systems: MySQL, MSSQL…

- Having knowledge and having quite good experience in managing Sun server, Ubuntu server, Suse server.

- Having knowledge and having quite good experience in Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange

- Having knowledge and having quite good experience in managing Web Server using IIS, Apache.

- Having knowledge and experience in managing backup system on windows/ linux, antivirus, security networking.

• PREFERRED:
- Having basic knowledge of programming especially of network programming.
- Having good knowledge of open source system.
+ Experience working database software, HR systems, internet software, payroll & spreadsheet software and word processing software.
+ Having good researching ability according to the customer’s requirement.

** DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have good verbal and written in English and communication skills across teams and levels of organization.
- Must have the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders; excellent customer service.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to multi-task and work on tasks and projects while being interrupted by users and colleagues requesting support; ability to constantly re-prioritize tasks is a must.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Team player, able to work with the team leader in developing and implementing new processes and to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives.
